By clicking on the Condo Docs tab, you will be redirected to the official copy of the Avalon Condominium Documents. The file is 219 pages so you will have to wait a few moments for it to download.  When it’s done, you may print the Docs or save them to your computer.

 Avalon of O.C. Condominium Association does not require buyer approval. If you need this in writing, you can click on the Ownership Approval tab and download a letter signed by the Avalon Board of Directors.

Estoppels may be ordered by completing the form below.  Be sure to include the complete street address with unit number and the requesting party's full contact info including name, phone number, and email address.

* To avoid processing delays all Estoppel Requests must include the full street address and unit number of the property for which the estoppel is needed as well as the requesting party's name, contact number, and email address.  Requests will not be processed until payments have been confirmed.  Mail requests should be sent to the Association Office at the address listed below, and should include a check or money order made payable to "Avalon of Orange County".  Orders paid by non-certified checks may be held until funds have cleared.  Email AvalonCondos@gmail.com with any questions.
