Model Type and Monthly Dues
Owners seeking to modify their units must submit an Architectural Modification Request to the management office for approval prior to the commencement of any work.
COA Meeting Notices are posted prominently at the main entrance and community mail center near the tennis court. All owners are encouraged to attend these informative meetings.
Owners wishing to rent their units must receive Association approval before allowing any tenant/s to take residency.
**Parking Permits and Access Cards will not be issued until an Tenant Application Packet has been submitted and the prospective tenants are approved.
