All prospective residents must apply at the Association Office PRIOR to taking occupancy. Unit owners may be fined up to $100 per day for any violations of this rule. Once approved, new residents must register at the Association Office during normal business hours to receive Community Access Cards and Parking Permits. Management strictly enforces the Avalon of Orange County Rules and Regulations with particular emphasis on those regarding Access to the Community, Trash Disposal, and Pet Maintenance.
